課程介紹
This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of human resource development and management, as well as to introduce what are the competence requirements for those who would like to devote themselves to such a profession. Emphasis is placed on the attainment of organizational goals through effective development and management of human resources.
 
  • Course Objectives
Upon the completion of this course, students should 
  1. Understand the concept of human resource development and management
  2. Know the background issues of human resource development and management
  3. Articulate purposes of developing and managing human resources in the organizational context
  4. Understand the development and management strategies adopted by HR professionals in practice
  5. Build awareness of what responsibilities and competencies required of a HR professional
