課程目標
Through studying international literature and films, this course intends to enhance students’ global outlook, understanding and concerns about different cultures in this diverse world as well as their language and literary skills.

課程簡述
This course aims at introducing students to works from different countries and cultures through guided reading of selected literary texts and films from North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, etc. with texts in English and their translations in Chinese by approaches such as magic realism. The students will develop analytical skills and understanding of different cultures while broadening their global perspectives by way of reading and discussing the representative texts.
