物理學是最基本的科學而且對於所有科學的發展有很深的影響。這課程將提供具生命科學背景的學生以直觀的方法來瞭解物理學的基本概念與瞭解物理學在生命科學研究與發展上的應用。
這單學期課程將包含牛頓力學,基本的電磁學概念及一些近代物理的發展及在生命科學上的應用。

Physics is the most fundamental science and has a deep effect on all scientific development. This course will offer students with life science background an intuitive way to learn important concepts of Physics and to learn how Physics is applied to the research and development of life science.
This one-semester course will cover the following topics including Newton mechanics, basic concepts of electricity and magnetism, and some advances in modern physics and their applications in life sciences.
