課程介紹
Green industry has recently become a major source of economic growth and employment, both domestically and internationally. In this course, green industry is defined from a much broader perspective including all industries or enterprises built upon the green culture or culture of sustainability. The purpose of this course aims to examine HRM topics in green industry to bridge theory and practice by analyzing issues from both strategic and occupational perspectives. There is a focus on students developing relevant skills in areas such as selection and performance of HR suitable for green industry. Case studies will be used to facilitate practical application of relevant HR theories and models to exploring contemporary HR issues in green industry. Study in this course will also complement other courses in Human Resource Management by developing an understanding of the challenges in integrating human resource knowledge to practical applications in green industry.

(7) Internal role of HR in a green industry organization;
