Course Description: The aim of the course is to help students understand human resource management theory and practice in today’s business environment.

 

Course objective: after students complete the course, they will be able to:

  1. Understand HR’s role in organizational development, strategic planning and management.
  2. Define the key elements of human resource management, and analyze opportunities in your workplace.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to design and develop an HR system that supports the company’s strategic goals.
