Course Description: The aim of the course is to help students understand human resource management theory and practice in today’s business environment.
Course objective: after students complete the course, they will be able to:
- Understand HR’s role in organizational development, strategic planning and management.
- Define the key elements of human resource management, and analyze opportunities in your workplace.
- Demonstrate the ability to design and develop an HR system that supports the company’s strategic goals.
