課程簡介

組織變革與發展課程是為了給予學習者瞭解組織變發展與變革理論。學生將可瞭解不同組織變革理論在實務上之應用。

 

課程目標: 在完成此課程後,學生必須要能夠:

  1. 瞭解各組織變革與發展理論之背景
  2. 瞭解組織發展理論與變革之相互關係
  3. 分析組織發展與變革需求
  4. 建構最適組織發展與變革策略以達成組織績效目標
