課程介紹
(中) 1、緒論:畜牧學之意義、範疇及國內外畜牧生產之近況。2、家畜禽遺傳育種:家畜禽品種、重要經濟性狀之遺傳、選拔與配種制度、人工授精、新興生物科技在育種之應用。3、營養與飼料:營養需要量、飼料配方、飼料工業。4、家畜禽飼養管理:乳牛、肉牛、羊、豬、雞、鴨及鵝等之飼養管理。5、畜產品加工利用:乳、肉、蛋及皮毛之加工利用方法。
(Eng.) 1. Introduction: Definition and scope of animal science and status of animal production in the world. 2. Breeding and Genetics: The important breeds of livestock and poultry, genetics of economically important traits, selection and mating systems, artificial insemination, application of emerging biotechnology in breeding. 3. Nutrition and feed: Requirement of nutrients, feed formulation, feed industry. 4. Feeding and managements: The feeding and management of dairy cattle, beef cattle, pig, chicken, duck and geese. 5. Processing and utilization of animal products: The method of processing and utilization of milk, meat, egg, and hide.
