課程介紹

This course will address the basic materials for today’s VLSI design technology. The design perspectives covered in the lecture range from the physical level design, logic circuit design to the system level implementation. After taking this course, you should be able to design a moderate complexity VLSI circuit, from circuit to layout. This course, however, will not emphasize on the EDA tools usage and the detailed design flow. Those who are interested in these topics should take the VLSI Lab courses.
