Decision analysis has the ultimate aim of helping decision makers with real-world choices. This course introduces students to the theory and practice of decision analysis that can help managers improve their decisions in market analysis, R&D management, new product development, and so on. We will study decision analysis tools and methods that have been frequently applied in industries and academy.
