課程介紹
Course Description
This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of human resource development and management, as well as to introduce what are the competence requirements for those who would like to devote themselves to such a profession. Emphasis is placed on the attainment of organizational goals through effective development and management of human resources.
Course Objectives
- Understand the concept of human resource development and management.
- Know the background issues of human resource development and management.
- Articulate purposes of developing and managing human resources in the organizational context.
- Understand the development and management strategies adopted by HR professionals in practice.
- Build awareness of what responsibilities and competencies required of a HR professional.
