課程介紹
(中) 本課程以跟奈米尺度下息息相關的量子理論為出發點,簡介各式低微度材料如零維、一維及二維之奈米結構的製備與物理性質變化,同時介紹相關的量測檢測方法,最後則是奈米科技的現今應用、產業與未來發展。
(Eng) To introduce the quantum theory in the beginning,then the fabrication approaches for various low dimensional materials, such as 0D, 1D and 2D nanostructures, and the respective physical properties and measurement methods. At last, to introduce the modern applications, industries, and future prospects.
