課程介紹

Production and operations management means all kinds of management including production or service related activities. This course provides a current and thorough introduction to the concepts, processes, and methods of managing and controlling operations in manufacturing or service settings. This course will help students to apply concepts and methods by providing solved problems, examples, questions, practice problems, and cases in the class. The latest concepts and applications in operations management will be also covered in this course.
